Role Overview:We are looking for a candidate with experience in land and property-related document verification and documentation.

The candidate may have worked as an Admin / Documentation Executive / Legal Documentation Assistant in a legal office, registration-related office, property documentation company, or under advocates/legal professionals. hands-on experience in land and property document verification, preferably from a Tamil Nadu Registration Department, Legal Department, Property Documentation Company, or a legal/documentation team.

The candidate should have practical experience in verifying land-related documents and checking ownership, registration, and property records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify and review land and property-related documents.
- Check Sale Deed, Mother Deed, Patta, Chitta, EC (Encumbrance Certificate) and related land records.
- Verify ownership history, survey details, boundaries, and property details.
- Check Encumbrance Certificate (EC) for existing loans, mortgages, claims, or disputes.




- Verify property tax receipts and registration-related documents.
- Identify discrepancies, missing documents, or issues in land/property records.
- Coordinate with Registration Offices, Legal Departments, document writers, or lawyers for land documentation and verification.
- Maintain proper records of verified documents and documentation status.
- Assist in preparing and organizing land/property documentation for further legal or registration processes.

Required Profile:

- Experience specifically in Tamil Nadu land/property documentation and verification.
- Candidates who have worked in or with Tamil Nadu Registration Department / Legal Department / Property Documentation teams are preferred.
- Preferably candidates who have worked under a Legal Department or Lawyers handling land-related documentation and verification.
- LLB is not mandatory; practical land documentation experience is more significant.
- Candidates with US mortgage/property documentation experience without Tamil Nadu land documentation experience are not suitable.
