Job Title: Trainee Field Engineer.

Location: PAN India

Qualification: Diploma/ITI/Graduate/Higher Secondary.

Experience: Fresher.

Probation Period: 9 to 11 months.

Job Type: Contractual.

Salary: ₹17,500 per month (PAN India) with additional incentives for extra work, Based on MPQ.

*MPQ Based,MPQ= Minimum Product Quantity. Salary/Stipend linked with quality & quantity output.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive surveys through the mobile application at assigned locations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection and submission using the app.
- Meet the required daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with respondents and ensure data confidentiality.




- Report field progress and challenges to the supervisor regularly.

Requirements:

- Must own a smartphone with reliable internet access.
- Ability to use mobile applications efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in the field.
- Basic data-entry skills and attention to detail.
- Prior survey or fieldwork experience is an advantage
