Role Description The Land Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhatisgarh State, responsible for identifying and securing land parcels suitable for renewable energy projects. In this role, the individual will research and evaluate potential sites, conduct due diligence on legal, regulatory, and environmental aspects, and coordinate with landowners, local authorities, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth acquisition processes.

Daily tasks include mapping and visiting prospective locations, negotiating terms with landowners, preparing documentation, and maintaining records of land deals and agreements.



The role also involves collaborating closely with the project and business development teams to align land acquisition efforts with project timelines and strategic goals, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess land suitability, evaluate risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with landowners, local authorities, and internal teams, and to handle negotiations and documentation clearly.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition abilities to proactively identify potential land opportunities and build a pipeline of viable sites and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to negotiate favorable terms, close land acquisition deals, and support commercial objectives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, civil engineering, geography, or a related field are beneficial.
- Knowledge of local land laws, regulatory processes, and property documentation in Warangal and surrounding regions is an advantage.
- Ability to travel locally, work on-site in field conditions, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Prior experience in land acquisition, real estate, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects is preferred but not mandatory.
