Role Overview To drive and coordinate land acquisition and development-related activities across plotted development projects, ensuring timely progress on transaction structuring, documentation, registrations, approvals, payments and on-ground requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate land acquisition activities across identified projects from initial discussions through transaction closure.
- Coordinate with landowners, lawyers and internal Finance, Legal and Execution teams.
- Support transaction structuring, due diligence, documentation, registration and payment processes.
- Coordinate surveys, demarcation, land records, approvals, permissions and government liaison.
- Follow up with consultants, architects, surveyors and relevant authorities for timely completion of activities.
- Maintain complete project-wise documentation, trackers and MIS.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive pending matters towards closure.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation, registrations,



payments, surveys, approvals and permissions.
- Maintain project-wise tracking of pending actions, dependencies and closure dates.
- Proactively resolve or escalate issues affecting transaction or project timelines.

Essential Attributes / Skills Required

- Solid coordination and follow-up capabilities.
- Working knowledge of land transactions, documentation, approvals and government liaison.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with landowners, lawyers and internal Finance, Legal and Execution teams.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Maharashtra land and revenue procedures.
- Experience dealing with relevant authorities would be preferred.

Educational Qualification Graduate in Civil Engineering / Commerce / Law / Real Estate.
