Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Land Acquisition role based in Jamnagar. The role involves identifying suitable parcels of land for wind energy projects, conducting preliminary site visits, and engaging with landowners, local authorities, and other stakeholders to negotiate and secure land agreements.

The Land

Acquisition professional will manage due diligence activities, review land records, assess legal and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with legal and technical teams to mitigate risks. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, tracking acquisition progress, supporting land development planning, and providing regular status updates to project and management teams.



The role requires close collaboration with internal departments to ensure timely land procurement aligned with project timelines and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Acquisitions and Land Acquisition for identifying, negotiating, and securing project sites.
- Candidates should possess skills in Due Diligence for reviewing land records, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Land Development for coordinating site readiness and understanding infrastructure requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze local conditions, land values, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with landowners, community representatives, and government officials.
- Knowledge of local land laws, property registration processes, and regulatory frameworks relevant to land acquisition in Gujarat.
- Ability to work in office in Jamnagar, travel to field locations as needed, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Preferred educational background in Land Management, Real Estate, Business, Law, or a related field; relevant experience in land acquisition or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
