Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Boutique Manager to manage the day-to-day backend operations of a ladies’ clothing boutique.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that garments delivered on time. The Boutique Manager will coordinate closely with Masterjis/Master Cutters, tailors, karigars, embroidery workers, finishing staff, and other vendors to ensure smooth production and timely completion of customer orders.

The person should be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple orders simultaneously, and capable of following up firmly with workers and vendors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are maintained.

- Maintain a clear record of all ongoing customer orders.
- Ensure no customer order or alteration is missed or delayed.
- Monitor productivity and quality of work.
- Coordinate availability of fabrics, lining, buttons, laces, zippers, embroidery materials, and other accessories required for production.
- Inform the concerned person in advance about materials that need to be purchased.
- Maintain basic records of fabric and production material usage.

Customer & Front-End Coordination

While the main responsibility is backend operations, the Boutique Manager may also:

- Understand customer requirements and communicate them correctly to the production team.
- Coordinate customer trials and alterations.
- Keep the front-end/customer service team informed about order status.




- Inform customers or the sales team proactively if any genuine delay occurs.
- Help ensure that customers receive their garments on the promised date.

Key Skills Required The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong experience in ladies’ garment production, boutique operations, or tailoring management.
- Valuable understanding of ladies’ garments, stitching, fitting, cutting, alterations, and finishing.
- Ability to manage Masterjis, tailors, karigars, and outside vendors.
- Strong follow-up and people-management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management ability.
- Ability to handle multiple customer orders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to solve production problems quickly.
- Basic ability to maintain order records using WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, or boutique-management software.
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Punjabi and basic English.

Preferred Experience

Experience: 3–7 years in a ladies’ boutique, designer studio, garment unit, tailoring house, or similar business.

Candidates who have previously worked as a Boutique Manager, Production Manager, Boutique Coordinator, Master Coordinator, or Garment Production Supervisor will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who takes ownership of the production area .

The person should not simply assign work. They should actively track each garment, follow up with the concerned Masterji or karigar, identify delays before they become problems, and ensure that every customer order is completed to the required quality and delivered on the promised date.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
