Required Profile:
- Experience in Tamil Nadu land/property documentation
- Worked with Tamil Nadu Registration Department / Registration Offices
- Experience in Land & Property Document Verification
- Worked under a Legal Department / Advocate / Property Documentation team
- Knowledge of Patta, Chitta, EC (Encumbrance Certificate), Sale Deed, Mother Deed
- Knowledge of property tax receipts, survey details, ownership history
- Experience checking land documents for ownership, pending loans, disputes, registration-related issues
- Non-lawyer candidates are preferred if they have practical land documentation experience.
