Job Role / Key Responsibilities

Register patients in the laboratory software, collect payments for blood tests, and process samples while ensuring zero outstanding dues for patient tests.

Prepare and provide quotations for specialized diagnostic tests, including NGS, FISH, PCR, Histopathology, and other advanced investigations.

Perform daily Internal Quality Control (IQC) procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory equipment.

Conduct weekly Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC) activities to monitor and verify instrument performance.

Generate, print, and issue final blood test reports to patients or authorized personnel.

Raise material indents in the software, verify the expiry dates of received materials, process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and record daily material consumption in the inventory system.





Verify invoices received from outsourced laboratory partners and coordinate with the Accounts department for timely payment processing.

Liaise with outsourced laboratory partners for report follow-up, test-related queries, and operational coordination.

Respond promptly to daily email communications and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely transportation of samples to Nashik.

Travel to different MOC center, as required, to support routine laboratory operations and related activities.

Location: Vile Parle, Ghatkopar, Thane, Pune

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,100.44 per month
