Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Lab Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, business development, and client relationship initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory marketing and a deep understanding of testing and calibration services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and building the SIMA Lab brand across industrial and institutional sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote testing and calibration services.

- Identify and approach potential clients across industries like pharma, food, water, construction, and manufacturing.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are understood and met.

- Represent SIMA Lab in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Create marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and presentations.





- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.

- Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and client feedback analyses.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Marketing, or related fields.

- 10 to 19 years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, preferably in testing/calibration laboratories, environmental labs, or diagnostic services.

- Strong understanding of NABL accreditation, ISO standards, and regulatory frameworks.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/marketing targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willing to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
