Role Description This full-time Lab Scientist – Analytical Development role at DANRICX is an on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will design, develop, and optimize analytical methods to support research, product development, and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities include performing routine and non-routine laboratory analyses, validating analytical procedures, and ensuring adherence to established protocols and regulatory standards. The role involves maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, documenting experimental data accurately, and contributing to troubleshooting and continuous improvement of lab processes.

The Lab

Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams,



prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal stakeholders to support decision-making and project advancement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills and Laboratory Medicine knowledge for handling samples, conducting experiments, and following standardized procedures.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for method development, data interpretation, and problem-solving in an R&D; and analytical development environment.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory guidelines, and good laboratory practices.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with Laboratory Equipment, including operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., GLP, GMP) and documentation practices in laboratory settings.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting results and interacting with multidisciplinary teams.
