Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Lab Analyst to perform laboratory testing, analysis, documentation, and quality control activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that samples are tested accurately and that all laboratory procedures comply with established standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, receive, label, and prepare samples for laboratory analysis.
- Perform routine chemical, physical, and/or microbiological testing as per approved SOPs.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, standards, and test samples as required.
- Record test results accurately in laboratory records, worksheets, and/or LIMS.
- Review analytical results and report any out-of-specification (OOS) or abnormal results to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper laboratory documentation and ensure data integrity.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety procedures, and applicable quality standards.
- Assist in method validation, verification, calibration, and analytical troubleshooting when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals and samples.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required laboratory records and documentation.
- Prepare test reports and communicate analytical findings to relevant departments.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant laboratory experience; freshers may also be considered depending on the role.
- Good knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and basic analytical techniques.
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and standard operating procedures.
- Basic knowledge of GLP, GMP, ISO, or other applicable quality standards is an advantage.

Preferred Experience Experience with techniques/instruments such as:
- pH meter
- UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
- HPLC/GC
- Titration and wet chemistry
- Moisture analysis
- Microbiological testing, where applicable
- Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)

Working Conditions

* Pay: ₹9,245.01 - ₹36,182.42 per month
