Mandatory Hands-on Skills:
- Hands-on on functional manual testing, API testing, Postman.
- Create, Maintain, Optimize and Integrate automated tests in Robot Framework into CI/CD pipelines.
- 7-9 years of expertise across testing with robust Agile and SDLC knowledge.
- Knowledge on Jira/Confluence, and other Defect tracking tools.
Lead Skills:
- Lead end‑to‑end testing including functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT phases.
- Design and review high‑quality test scenarios, test cases, and exploratory test charters.
- Ensure complete requirements traceability and comprehensive test coverage reporting.
- Perform deep root cause analysis for complex defects and quality issues.
- Drive defect triage and collaborate closely with developers and product owners.
