- Assist in the smooth functioning and maintenance of computer labs and IT facilities.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide basic technical support to faculty and students.
- Ensure availability and proper functioning of lab systems, internet, LAN, and peripherals.
- Maintain lab records, inventory, and software/equipment registers.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper utilization of computer labs.
- Perform other IT/lab-related duties as assigned by the HOD/IT Cell.
Eligibility:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, or relevant field with basic knowledge of hardware, networking, operating systems, and software.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
