We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer with solid hands-on knowledge of Cisco networking devices and Windows/Linux servers. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting network and server issues, monitoring infrastructure, resolving escalated L1 incidents, and ensuring the availability and performance of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 technical support for network and server-related incidents.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco switches, routers, and other network devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot VLAN, Trunk, STP, EtherChannel, Routing and DHCP.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN and LAN/WAN.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, packet loss, latency and network performance issues.
- Perform configuration and troubleshooting using Cisco IOS/CLI.
- Monitor network and server health using monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux Server issues.
- Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and user-related issues.
- Monitor server CPU, memory, disk space and system performance.
- Perform server backup, patching and basic maintenance activities.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 teams/vendors when required.
- Maintain incident records, technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance and infrastructure upgrades.

Pay: ₹352,014.16 - ₹467,217.03 per year
