As part of the expansion of our cybersecurity services business, regulated-industry customer base, strategic alliances and global delivery programs, we are inviting suitable professionals for the following positions:

- L1 – Sales & Marketing Associate / Sales Development Representative / Proposal Coordinator: 0–3 years of relevant experience

Location : New Delhi and Gurugram

Areas of Responsibility

Depending upon the position level and specialization, the role may cover:

- Enterprise sales and business development
- Cybersecurity solution selling and account development
- Digital marketing and demand generation
- Pre-sales and solution consulting
- Proposal preparation, bid management and RFP responses
- Strategic account management and customer success
- Partner, OEM and alliance development
- Customer renewals, cross-selling and recurring-revenue conversion
- CRM management, sales forecasting and management reporting
- Development of industry-specific campaigns, service presentations, proposals and commercial submissions

The selected candidate may be responsible for positioning and supporting the sale of Codec Networks’ cybersecurity services, including:
- Cybersecurity assessments and VAPT
- Application, API and DevSecOps security
- Cloud, infrastructure and Zero Trust security
- Regulatory cybersecurity audits and compliance services
- GRC, ISO,



SOC 2 and cyber-maturity programs
- Data privacy, DPDPA and GDPR compliance
- Managed SOC, MDR and continuous monitoring
- Digital forensics and incident response
- Third-party risk management and supply-chain security
- Cybersecurity awareness, simulations and tabletop exercises
- Emerging technology, AI, Web3, OT and IoT security
- Global Cyber Back-Office and SPV-based delivery programs

These services are offered to customers across sectors such as:
- Banking, foreign banks, financial services, NBFCs and fintech
- Insurance companies and insurance intermediaries
- IT, ITES, SaaS and technology service providers
- Telecom and managed service providers
- Government organizations, PSUs and defence establishments
- Healthcare and HealthTech
- Aviation, railways, transport and logistics
- Power, energy, utilities, oil and gas
- Manufacturing, industrial and production organizations
- Education and EdTech
- Critical infrastructure and other regulated industry sectors

Responsibilities will vary according to the applicable level. They may range from prospect research, lead generation, CRM updates, campaign support and proposal coordination at L1 to qualified pipeline development, customer meetings and proposal ownership at L2.

Salary, designation and position level will be determined based on the candidate’s:

- Enterprise and client-facing experience
- Sales, marketing, pre-sales or proposal-management capabilities
- Existing customer and industry relationships
- Technical and commercial understanding
- Certifications and educational qualifications
- Current compensation and interview performance

Compensation will be aligned with applicable industry practices and will remain negotiable for suitable candidates.
