Role Overview The L&D; Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective learning programs aligned with organizational goals and technology requirements. The role involves maintaining skill matrices, identifying training needs, coordinating upskilling initiatives, and ensuring employees have continuous opportunities for learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the L&D; strategy aligned with business and technology goals.
- Maintain and manage an employee skill matrix to identify competency and skill gaps.
- Identify training needs and design upskilling, reskilling, and development programs.
- Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, technical programs, and onboarding initiatives.
- Track employee learning plans and monitor training progress and effectiveness.
- Support continuous learning for employees across AI/ML, Data Analytics, Full-Stack Development, and other relevant technologies.
- Manage learning initiatives for both bench and project-based employees.
- Collaborate with HR, team leads, managers, and technical teams to identify development requirements.
- Maintain training records, learning reports, and L&D; metrics.
- Act as the central point of contact for L&D; activities and initiatives across the organization.
