Job Overview
We are hiring E-KYC Field Executives for the Delhi Jal Board E-KYC Project. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting consumers/residents door-to-door and completing their E-KYC verification as per the project requirements in following areas:-
I Pratap Nagar
II Turkman Gate
III NWS Behra Enclave
IV, Kewal Nager
V Rohini
This is a target-based, per-KYC paid field job, suitable for candidates who are comfortable with extensive field visits and interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit households/consumers door-to-door for Delhi Jal Board E-KYC.
- Complete the KYC process accurately using the designated mobile application/system.
- Verify required consumer/customer details and documents.
- Capture necessary information, photographs, and other details as required for E-KYC.
- Explain the E-KYC process to consumers and assist them during verification.
- Ensure accurate and complete submission of each KYC.
- Maintain daily records of completed KYC.
- Meet daily/monthly KYC targets assigned by the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the field supervisor/team for any issues or discrepancies.
- Follow all project guidelines and verification procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any
- Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Must have an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with door-to-door field visits.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Candidates should be familiar with local areas/routes in Delhi.
