Role Description The Konnector role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. A Konnector engages directly with customers at KisanKonnect’s physical locations, helping them understand product origins, farming practices, and available assortments. Day-to-day tasks include guiding customers through their purchases, addressing inquiries, collecting feedback, and promoting KisanKonnect’s values of traceability and sustainable farming.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and farmers to ensure product availability, smooth store operations, and a consistent,



high-quality customer experience. Konnectors are expected to maintain accurate information about offerings, support basic in-store merchandising, and assist with community-building initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage courteously and effectively with diverse customers.

- Clear verbal communication skills in English and local languages to explain product details and farming practices.

- Basic sales and retail operations skills, including product knowledge, upselling, and handling customer queries.

- Interest in sustainable agriculture, regenerative farming, and food traceability, with willingness to learn and share information.

- Ability to work in office full time in Navi Mumbai, including weekends or extended hours as needed.

- Organizational skills to manage store activities, coordinate with supply teams, and maintain product displays.

- Prior experience in retail, grocery, fresh produce, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in agriculture, food science, or business is beneficial.
