About the Opportunity
Food+ Cloud Kitchen is seeking enthusiastic students to join our kitchen operations team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work under the direct supervision and guidance of an experienced Chef with over 15 years of industry experience. You will gain hands-on, practical exposure to commercial kitchen operations, cloud kitchen management, and corporate catering.Available Shift Timings
Candidates can be scheduled for either of the following shifts:
- Assist the Chef in daily food preparation and production tasks.
- Support overall kitchen operations and ensure food quality is maintained.
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in preparing bulk meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Support corporate catering and bulk food production workflows.
- Handle food packing and dispatch processes accurately.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling.
- Prepare and dispatch online food orders efficiently.
- Maintain proper kitchen discipline and daily housekeeping standards.
- Support event-specific and special catering requirements.
- Collaborate effectively as an active member of the kitchen team.
Candidate Eligibility This position is open to both male and female candidates. Freshers and students without prior industry experience are welcome to apply. We are looking for individuals currently pursuing or holding qualifications in:
- Hotel Management / Hospitality Management
- Catering Science
