– KITCHEN HELPER

Position: Kitchen Helper

Department: Kitchen / Food & Beverage

Experience: 0–2 years preferred; Freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Cook/Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
- Assist in cooking and food preparation as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and work areas.
- Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes.
- Store food items and ingredients properly.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging kitchen supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements
- Basic understanding of kitchen work.




- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Physically fit and willing to perform kitchen duties.
- Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Previous hotel, restaurant, catering, or household kitchen experience will be an advantage.
