Job Summary We are looking for a Kinetic Technical Consultant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Epicor Kinetic technical development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Kinetic customizations, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, reports, REST APIs, C#/.NET, and SQL.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting technical solutions, implementing customizations and integrations, troubleshooting application issues, and working closely with functional and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and support solutions using Epicor Kinetic.
- Design and implement technical customizations based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
- Develop and consume REST APIs for system integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application-related issues.
- Work closely with functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Analyze existing solutions and recommend technical improvements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Follow development standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Epicor Kinetic technical development.
- Strong experience with Epicor Kinetic customization and development.
- Good knowledge of BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, reports, and REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of C#/.NET and SQL.
- Experience in developing integrations with external systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
