The Kiosk Sales Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day sales and operations of Wild Honey Hunters kiosks. The coordinator must regularly visit kiosks, inspect their performance, support sales employees, provide training, verify stock and sales records, and ensure that each kiosk follows company standards.

The role requires frequent travel between kiosk locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Kiosk Sales Monitoring

- Monitor daily sales performance of all assigned kiosks.
- Review sales quantity, sales value, expenses, and daily reports.
- Compare kiosk performance and identify locations requiring improvement.
- Follow up with kiosk sales employees regarding low sales.
- Support employees in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Ensure promotional activities and sampling programs are properly executed.

2. Kiosk Inspection

- Conduct regular physical visits to all assigned kiosks.
- Inspect kiosk cleanliness, product arrangement, branding, and display.
- Check whether employees are wearing proper uniforms/coats and maintaining professional appearance.
- Verify opening and closing timings of kiosks.
- Inspect product availability and identify stock shortages.
- Verify whether products are stored and displayed properly.
- Report any kiosk maintenance or operational issues to management.

3. Employee Training

- Train newly appointed kiosk sales employees.
- Explain Wild Honey Hunters products, honey varieties, product benefits, pricing, and customer handling.
- Train employees on sales techniques and product presentation.
- Guide employees on customer communication and product recommendation.
- Train staff on billing, stock handling, daily reporting, and basic kiosk procedures.
- Provide refresher training to existing employees wherever required.

4. Sales Improvement

- Identify reasons for low sales at individual kiosks.
- Guide sales staff on improving customer engagement.




- Encourage product sampling and promotional activities.
- Suggest suitable sales offers and local promotional activities to management.
- Observe customer feedback and communicate significant market information to management.
- Identify opportunities to increase repeat customers and overall kiosk sales.

5. Stock Verification

- Check physical stock during kiosk visits.
- Compare physical stock with sales and stock records.
- Identify damaged, expired, slow-moving, or shortage items.
- Ensure sufficient stock is maintained at each kiosk.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for stock replenishment.
- Report stock discrepancies immediately.

6. Employee Performance Monitoring

- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline, and behaviour.
- Review individual employee sales performance.
- Identify employees requiring additional training.
- Provide feedback and guidance to kiosk employees.
- Report repeated performance or disciplinary issues to management.

7. Reporting The Kiosk Sales Coordinator should submit regular reports covering:

- Kiosk-wise sales performance
- Employee performance
- Stock status
- Kiosk inspection findings
- Customer feedback
- Promotional activities conducted
- Issues identified and corrective actions taken
- Training provided to employees

A weekly summary report should be submitted to management.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise and guide sales employees.
- Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations.




- Ability to maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Ability to identify problems and take corrective action.
- Basic knowledge of stock and inventory management.
- Ability to train and motivate employees.

Educational Qualification Minimum: Any Degree / Diploma

Candidates with experience in retail sales, FMCG, kiosk operations, field sales, or sales coordination will be preferred.

Experience

Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, sales supervision, or store/kiosk operations.

Fresh candidates with strong communication, leadership, and field coordination skills may also be considered.

Travel Requirement The employee must be willing to travel regularly to Wild Honey Hunters kiosk locations for:

- Sales monitoring
- Physical inspection
- Employee training
- Stock verification
- Promotional activity supervision

Travel expenses and eligible food allowance during official field visits will be provided by the company as per company policy. Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000

In addition

- Official travel allowance will be provided.
- Food allowance will be provided during eligible official travel/field visits.

Key Performance Indicators – KPI Performance will mainly be evaluated based on:

- Kiosk sales improvement
- Regularity of kiosk inspections
- Accuracy of sales and inspection reports
- Employee performance improvement
- Training effectiveness
- Stock availability and control
- Reduction in kiosk operational issues
- Customer engagement and feedback
- Proper implementation of company sales and promotional activities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
