Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Cognizant account with focus on client satisfaction.
- Handle a full recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and resolve escalations proactively.
- Identify new business opportunities within the account.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on hiring priorities and processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Domestic IT Staffing, preferably handling enterprise clients like Cognizant.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and guide recruitment teams.
