Required Experience & Skills:
• 5–10+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, workforce solutions, or IT services.
• Strong experience in IT Contract Staffing / Contingent Workforce / Permanent Staffing.
• Proven experience managing enterprise and strategic client accounts.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
• Experience engaging with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Vendor Management, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill categories, and current staffing market trends.
• Experience with rate negotiations, commercial discussions, contracts, and SLAs.
• Strong business development and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and account-planning capabilities.
• Experience using CRM / ATS systems and maintaining sales pipelines.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from IT staffing firms, recruitment companies, RPO organizations, workforce solutions providers, IT services companies,
or technology consulting organizations would be preferred.
