Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The role is a hunter + farmer role. Involves managing and growing relationships with key clients, understanding their business processes, and aligning PCSOFT’s ERP solutions to their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, developing account plans for deal closure and monitoring client satisfaction.

The Key Account

Manager will regularly analyze account data, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling,



and prepare business proposals and presentations. The role also requires handling escalations, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, and maintaining accurate documentation of interactions and account status.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, IT, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.

Experience

- 3+ years of Experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is preferred.
- Experience of handling high stakes interaction with CXO/senior stakeholders is required.
- Proficiency in Business Planning, including developing account strategies and revenue growth plans.
- Ability to collaborate with technical, implementation, and support teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies

- A self-starter with solid Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with a focus on long-term client relationship building.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
