Major Responsibilities

- To understand and evolve the Advertising Brief from the Client.
- To debrief the designing team about the project and discuss deliverables.
- Should be able to work with / handle the team, facilitate, ideate, and lead campaign brainstorming sessions along with the whole team.
- To handle current client requirements & make new pitches/presentations.
- Regularly interacting with the Client / Internal Creative team through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- To manage projects as per deadlines.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Preferred candidates are those who have worked in an Advertising, Financial Company and have knowledge & and experience working with financial clients like- MUTUAL FUNDS, INSURANCE, INVESTMENT companies, etc.. OR Interested to work on Financial Brands .
- Should manage pressure and tight deadlines.





Requirements & Qualification
- Graduate or a Postgraduate in Advertising / Finance from a reputed university.
- Should have interest, knowledge & experience handling f inancial brands like Investment, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc. brands.
- Must have experience OR Interested in working in an advertising agency- BFSI brands.

Skill Sets
- Excellent communication skills verbal & written both.
- Highly intuitive in sensing clients’ needs and wants.
- Creative ability to imagine designs and concepts.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and perform well
- Positive presentation skills both in development and delivery.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel & Word is a must.
- Strong servicing mindset that is responsive and proactive.
- Creative thinking ability with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of film & video production process (animation & shoot based) will be an added benefit.
