Key Account Manager – Cold Chain / Warehousing

Experience:** 5–8 years | Full-time

We're looking for a Key Account Manager to own client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery across our cold chain/warehousing operations. You'll be the single point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts — driving performance, resolving escalations, and identifying growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

- Manage client relationships across multiple stakeholder levels; run regular performance reviews
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, quality, and dispatch teams to consistently meet SLAs
- Track key metrics — order accuracy, TAT, inventory accuracy, complaint resolution — and drive corrective action
- Handle multiple accounts/sites simultaneously, balancing priorities and reporting status to leadership
- Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts (new services, volumes, sites) and support contract renewals




- Prepare and present account scorecards and performance reports to leadership

What You Bring

- Graduate/Postgraduate (Business Administration a plus, not mandatory)
- 5–8 years in key account management, client relations, or warehouse/operations management
- Cold chain/warehousing background strongly preferred; robust warehouse ops experience required otherwise
- Proven track record managing multiple client accounts at once
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint; solid grasp of SLAs, contracts, and pricing structures

Nice to Have

- Experience in cold chain, FMCG, or 3PL client servicing
- Exposure to contract renewals/negotiations and multi-site account management

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
