- Stay up-to-date with Kafka best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

- Proven experience working with Kafka and associated technologies.

- Proficiency in Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, kSQL.

- Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, Scala, or Python.

- Familiarity with distributed computing, data streaming, and event-driven architecture.

- Experience with data serialization formats (e.g., Avro, JSON, Protobuf).

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
