We work across brand storytelling, social media content, campaigns, commercial videos, reels and original creative projects.

We are looking for a Junior Video Editor who is passionate about visual storytelling and wants to grow within a fast-moving creative environment.

Role Overview

As a Junior Video Editor, you will work closely with our creative and production teams to transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content.

You will get the opportunity to work across different formats and industries while developing your editing, storytelling and post-production skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
- Assist in editing brand films, promotional videos and campaigns.
- Edit talking-head, interview and storytelling-based content.
- Select appropriate footage based on the creative brief.
- Create engaging cuts, transitions and pacing.
- Sync and edit music, dialogue and sound effects.
- Perform basic color correction and image adjustments.
- Create platform-specific exports and aspect ratios.
- Make revisions based on creative feedback.
- Organize project files, footage and assets efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in visual style across projects.
- Stay updated with current editing trends and social-media formats.




- Support senior editors and the creative team on larger projects.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of qualified or freelance video editing experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is an advantage.
- Good understanding of pacing, cuts, music and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of Instagram and YouTube content formats.
- Ability to understand and implement creative feedback.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
- Strong willingness to learn and improve.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience, editing ability and portfolio quality.
