Experience

- Minimum 1+ year of professional experience as a UI Designer.
- Hands-on experience with Figma is mandatory.
- Experience designing Web Applications, Enterprise Applications, Dashboards, Business

Applications, SaaS Products, Admin Panels, and Responsive Web Interfaces.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating practical UI design work.

Mandatory Skills

Figma

- Solid hands-on experience with Figma.
- Wireframing.

UI Design
- Strong understanding of UI design principles.
- Typography.
- Color theory.
- Spacing and alignment.
- Visual hierarchy.
- Grids and layouts.
- Icons and visual elements.
- Consistent and reusable interface design.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.

Basic UX Understanding
- Basic understanding of User Flows, Wireframes, User Journey, and Usability.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into clear UI screens.

Responsive Design
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for:

Tablet

Mobile

- Understanding of responsive layouts and breakpoints.

Design Tools
- Figma Mandatory
- Adobe Photoshop Mandatory
- Adobe Illustrator – Mandatory

Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity wireframes and UI designs in Figma.
- Convert business requirements and user flows into clean and user-friendly UI designs.
- Design Web Applications, Enterprise Applications, Dashboards, Business Applications, Admin

Panels, and SaaS Products.
- Create reusable UI components and maintain the Design System.
- Develop interactive prototypes in Figma when required.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and components across the product.




- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Developers throughout the design and development lifecycle to

understand requirements, maintain UI consistency, and support the successful implementation of designs.
- Understand business workflows and translate them into effective UI designs.
- Provide Figma designs, assets, and specifications required for development.
- Support developers during UI implementation and clarify design-related requirements.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make design improvements.
- Maintain and update existing UI designs and design components.
- Ensure consistency of UI across different modules and applications.

Preferred Skills
- Canva.
- Experience designing FinTech / Banking / Payment applications.
- Experience designing enterprise or complex business applications.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with developer handoff and collaboration with development teams.
- Understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
- Good visual design and creative problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, UI Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication,

Multimedia, or a related field.

Relevant qualifications may include

- B.Des (Bachelor of Design) – UI/UX, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Visual Design.
- BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) – Applied Arts, Visual Arts, Graphic Design.
- B.Sc. / Bachelor's in Multimedia, Animation & Digital Media.
- BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science with relevant UI Design experience or portfolio.
- Candidates from other relevant educational backgrounds with strong UI design skills and a good

portfolio may also be considered.
