The Technology Enablement Engineer will support technology adoption, digital communication, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who have foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365, an interest in SharePoint content management, and basic exposure to video editing tools such as Microsoft Clipchamp or similar platforms. The role will work closely with technology, communications, and business teams to create user-friendly content, maintain digital platforms, and support employee enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and knowledge repositories.
- Support publishing of clear and structured content for internal technology updates, training materials, and employee communications.
- Help prepare Microsoft 365 enablement materials such as quick reference guides, FAQs, step-by-step instructions, newsletters, and intranet content.
- Create and edit simple short-form videos, screen recordings, demos, walkthroughs, and learning clips using Microsoft Clipchamp or similar video editing tools.
- Support basic video production activities such as trimming, captions, transitions, voiceover alignment, branding, and formatting.
- Assist with organizing digital content, maintaining document libraries, updating links, applying naming standards, and supporting basic access/permission coordination.
- Support communication campaigns for technology rollouts, training programs, onboarding, hackathons, and adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT, communications, learning and development, and business stakeholders to improve user experience across internal digital platforms.
- Collect feedback from users and help identify opportunities to improve SharePoint pages, enablement content, and communication assets.
- Provide basic user guidance for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Stream, Clipchamp, Forms, and related Microsoft 365 tools.

Required Skills And Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in technology enablement, digital workplace support, SharePoint content management, internal communications, video editing,



or related areas.
- Basic understanding of SharePoint Online, including pages, lists, libraries, site navigation, and content publishing.
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive, Stream, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Basic video editing knowledge using Microsoft Clipchamp, Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar tools.
- Ability to create easy enablement content such as how-to guides, FAQs, short videos, intranet updates, and presentation materials.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with an ability to explain technology concepts in simple language.
- Interest in user experience, content organization, visual design, accessibility, and digital communication.
- Strong learning mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Internship, academic project, or hands-on exposure related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, content management, communications, or video editing.
- Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Viva Engage, Viva Learning, or Microsoft Stream will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of branding, visual design, storytelling, and employee engagement communication formats.
- Experience creating college project videos, learning clips, newsletters, web pages, presentations, or social/digital content will be helpful.
- Awareness of content governance, information organization, access permissions, and document management concepts in SharePoint.

Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, video editing, instructional design, or digital communication certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

- Reduced dependency on ad hoc support through well-structured self-service content and learning resources.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a motivated entry-level or early-career professional who is eager to learn Microsoft 365 platforms, support SharePoint content management, and create simple but effective digital enablement assets. They should be comfortable working with people, organizing information, learning new tools, and producing clear content such as guides, presentations, intranet updates, and short videos. A solid learning attitude, communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail are more important than deep prior experience.
