Qualifications & Experience Bachelor s degree in Architecture,
Urban Planning, or related field (Master s preferred).
Min 4-5 years of skilled experience in planning or architectural projects.
Strong skills in CAD, GIS, and visualization software.
Knowledge of urban design principles, land use planning, and regulatory frameworks.
Good communication skills preferred
