Role Description This full-time, in office Junior Technical Consultant role is based in Bengaluru.

The Junior Technical

Consultant supports project teams by providing technical assistance on construction methods, materials, and systems, and by helping interpret project specifications and drawings. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues on-site, coordinating with senior consultants and engineers, and assisting in evaluating client requirements and proposing feasible solutions. The role also involves preparing basic technical documentation, updating project records, and supporting pre-sales or post-sales technical discussions with clients.





The consultant collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, assess project requirements, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Sales skills to understand client needs, contribute to solution proposals, and support technical aspects of client interactions.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve on-site issues, provide guidance on construction methods, and assist in maintaining project continuity.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, architects, project managers, and clients.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of construction technologies, building materials, and industry standards.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to dynamic project environments is required.
- Basic proficiency with project documentation tools, MS Office, and willingness to learn new technical systems is beneficial.
