Position: System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer engagements for product deployment and provide hands-on support for DR, backup, and migration operations within Kubernetes / OpenShift clusters.

- Analyze complex customer issues and drive root cause resolution.

- Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues related to infrastructure, cloud, and container platforms.

- Lead and execute technical PoCs and troubleshooting sessions for customer environments.

- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams by providing field feedback and influencing roadmap decisions.

- Work on creating and maintaining technical runbooks, deployment guides, and troubleshooting documentation.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in System Engineering role.

- Proven experience in debugging Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift clusters in production.

- Solid experience in Linux internals, networking, and containerization.

- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting customer issues (logs, metrics, traces, connectivity).

- Experience with any scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation is plus.

- Exposure to Terraform or similar IaC tools is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM,



etc.).

- Excellent communication skills for working with global customers and cross-functional teams.

- No recent career gap
