Junior Social Media Specialist

About the role

You'll work directly with our Social Media Executive, supporting the planning, shooting, and publishing of content for our clients and for Brimbus. It's a hands-on role where you'll learn how a creative agency runs social media end to end.

What you'll do

- Assist the Social Media Executive with content calendars, captions, and hashtag and trend research
- Support on-location and in-studio shoots (reels, product, brand, and event content): setup, shot lists, props, and coordination on the day
- Shoot and edit short-form videos and photos for reels and stories
- Schedule and publish posts as directed, and keep client accounts organised
- Monitor comments and DMs and flag anything important to the team
- Help compile weekly performance reports




- Coordinate with the design and content teams to keep deliverables on time

What we're looking for

- 0–1 year of experience, with internship experience in social media or content creation
- Hands-on exposure to shoots (assisting or shooting)
- Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite
- Basic editing skills with CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Premiere Pro
- Good written English (Kannada or Hindi is a plus)
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a team

Positive to have

- Sample reels or pages you've worked on
- Basic photography or videography skills
