Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting outfits and products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
- Explain product details, fabrics, designs and pricing.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Support daily store operations and visual merchandising.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle billing and basic customer coordination when required.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of sales or retail experience preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Interest in fashion, designer clothing and styling.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of English/Hindi.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the fashion retail industry.
