- Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe conditions, hazards, and safety violations.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, HSE standards, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs for workers and site staff.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident/near-miss reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
