Job Title: Junior Sales Executive

Salary: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive. The right candidate will have good communication skills, a willingness to learn and a keen interest in sales. You'll work closely with our senior sales team to find leads, contact prospects and turn interest into business. Freshers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and research leads through LinkedIn, email, online directories and other channels.
- Make cold calls and send outreach emails and messages to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and keep prospects engaged through the sales cycle.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
- Keep lead records, call notes and deal status updated in the CRM or tracking sheets.
- Help prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings and leads.
- Work with the marketing and delivery teams to understand client needs.
- Share daily and weekly activity reports with the reporting manager.

Required Skills:





- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Confidence on calls and comfort speaking with new people.
- Basic understanding of Sales, or solid interest in learning them.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets, email and LinkedIn.
- Good listening skills and a positive, target-driven attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay consistent and follow up.
- Eagerness to learn sales processes, CRM tools and client handling.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any field (BBA, MBA, Marketing or Communications preferred).
- 0 to 6 months of experience in sales, business development, lead generation or telecalling.
- An internship in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho or similar) is a plus.
