About usAdler & Pfau connects skilled professionals in India with employment opportunities in Germany. Through our Wings49 platform and our recruiting partners, we support candidates from their initial interest through recruitment, preparation and relocation.

We are looking for an organised and motivated colleague in Mumbai to help coordinate our daily recruitment activities. You do not need extensive recruiting experience. We will provide training, clear processes and practical guidance.

Your roleYou will research suitable vacancies, contact potential candidates and keep recruitment activities moving. You will coordinate communication between candidates, employers, recruiting partners and our internal teams.

Your initial focus will be technical and skilled trades, including welders, electricians and mechanical technicians.

Your responsibilities

- Research vacancies in Germany through LinkedIn, employer websites and other agreed job portals. Record the source, location, requirements and relevant contact person.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other approved tools to identify potential candidates, including professionals with German-language skills. Introduce relevant opportunities and explain how to register on Wings49.
- Review matches suggested by Wings49 and conduct initial candidate conversations using a structured checklist. Confirm interest in the specific job and location, availability, language background and motivation.

- Collect missing information,



prepare standardised CVs and document the required candidate permission before sharing information with an employer.
- Present suitable candidates through the agreed channel, normally the channel where the vacancy was found. Share our standard service catalogue and follow up using approved templates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate preparation with our licensed recruiting partners in India.
- Keep candidate records, employer contacts, communication, next steps and deadlines up to date in Wings49 and our CRM so colleagues can continue the work when needed.
- After a successful placement, coordinate the handover to our Relocation team for individual support and cost clarification.

What we are looking for
- Positive written and spoken English.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-up.
- Confidence speaking with candidates and communicating professionally by email and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, online platforms and digital tools.
- Willingness to learn recruiting processes, CRM software and responsible use of AI tools.
- Respectful handling of personal information and an honest, transparent approach to candidates.
- Based in Mumbai or able to work from Mumbai.

Fresh graduates are welcome. An internship or initial experience in recruitment,



customer service, sales support or administration would be helpful. German-language skills, technical qualifications and international recruiting experience are not required.

Training and supportYou will work with clear checklists, message templates and guidance from an assigned manager. Technical assessments, legal or visa questions, contractual commitments and pricing exceptions will be handled by the responsible specialists or management.

Your responsibility is to coordinate the process carefully, identify missing information and raise questions early.
