HIRING FOR RECRUITER

Location: Malad West, Mindspace

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification: Minimum Graduate Freshers OR SSC/HSC + 1 Year Recruitment Experience

Experience: 1+ year preferred min

Office timing: 10.30am to 7.30pm

Off: Saturday - Halfday

Off: Sunday - full day

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle outbound calling to candidates regarding available job opportunities.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels
- Make a high volume of professional outbound calls and generate candidate interest in relevant job openings.
- Understand candidate profiles, experience, qualifications, salary expectations, and location preferences.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, shifts, location, benefits, and interview process clearly to candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients/hiring companies.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Convince and motivate suitable candidates to attend scheduled interviews and complete the recruitment process.




- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information and follow-up status.
- Achieve assigned daily calling, candidate sourcing, interview, and joining targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for multiple client requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive candidate experience
- Work in a recruitment setting, handling multiple job requirements and candidate profiles simultaneously.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in outbound calling
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle candidate objections and queries
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and job portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
