Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Junior Recruiter (Target Based/From Consultancy) at CareerBloc.

The Junior

Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, managing job postings, and coordinating interviews with clients across various roles and industries. Daily tasks include using job portals and social media platforms to identify potential candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and following up with applicants throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role also involves working closely with senior recruiters and clients to understand role requirements,



achieve placement targets, and support end-to-end hiring processes.

The Junior

Recruiter is expected to meet agreed performance goals while maintaining a professional and candidate-friendly experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in candidate sourcing and screening, including use of job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in interview coordination and recruitment process management, such as scheduling, follow-up, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Candidates should possess skills in client and stakeholder communication, including gathering role requirements and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Candidates should possess basic skills in data entry and reporting to track pipelines, targets, and placement outcomes.
- Prior experience in a consultancy or agency recruitment environment, especially in target-based roles, is highly beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional phone and video etiquette, and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
