Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter at CareerBloc.

The Junior

Recruiter will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, and conducting initial candidate outreach. This role will assist in scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure timely and effective hiring.

Recruiter will collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide regular updates, and help deliver a positive candidate experience. The position also involves contributing to employer branding efforts and staying informed about market trends in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, applicant tracking tools, and online job platforms.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with proactive collaboration and self-motivation.
- Interest or experience in marketing, employer branding, or social media outreach is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus.
