Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining product quality standards, conducting root cause analysis for defects, and ensuring strict compliance with quality control protocols across press shop and frame assembly lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor in-process and line quality in press and assembly operations.
- Identify quality defects, drive root cause analysis (5-Why, 8D), and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare quality control documentation including SOPs, Inspection Checklists, and Control Plans.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and reduce rejection rates.





Key Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 2–3 years of experience in sheet metal or automotive manufacturing.
- Hands-on knowledge of quality tools (7 QC Tools, 8D Reporting, CAPA).
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and standard measurement instruments.
