At Provate, youll work closely with client stakeholders and engineering teams across a technical engagement spanning monitoring, logging, alerting and automation.
This isnt a role where youll just update trackers.
Youll be trusted to ask the right questions, turn requirements into actionable plans, manage multiple workstreams, spot risks early, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
If you have 1+ years of project management or technical program coordination experience, communicate confidently with both technical and business stakeholders, and know your way around Jira, Excel and project reporting, we’d love to hear from you.
Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Pingdom or PagerDuty? That’s a welcome plus.
