Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior project manager to coordinate and manage software development projects across full-stack development, Python, AI, and machine learning teams. The role involves project planning, progress tracking, risk management, and ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and understand project requirements, scope, and objectives from business development and clients.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings and communicate requirements to technical teams.
- Plan project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and monitor project execution across development teams.
- Manage tasks, timelines, and progress through Zoho Projects or similar tools.
- Track project status, identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, business teams, and technical teams.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and risk assessments to management.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and project closure activities.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and project management practices.
- Experience managing software development projects involving full-stack, Python, AI, and machine learning technologies.




- Hands-on experience with Zoho Projects or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Related Field.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
