We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to join our Command Centre Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring and assessment of CCTV surveillance alerts. Your primary duties include validating incidents, escalating critical situations to clients or emergency services, and ensuring all actions are logged accurately.
This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor live CCTV surveillance feeds and validate alerts in real-time.
Assess and categorize alerts based on urgency and severity.
Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and emergency responders.
Maintain comprehensive records of all incidents and actions taken.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Any undergraduate degree.
Robust analytical and decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Willingness and availability to work in rotational and night shifts.
Age between 21 to 30 years preferred.
