Role & responsibilities

- Perform data entry of all material inward and outward transactions in ERP/software systems.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, dispatches, stock transfers, and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with stores, warehouse, production, and dispatch teams for document verification.
- Prepare and update reports related to stock, dispatches, and inventory.
- Verify delivery challans, GRNs, invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Ensure proper filing and record maintenance of stores documentation.
- Assist in stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Monitor inventory data and report discrepancies to the concerned authority.
- Support day-to-day warehouse and dispatch activities as required.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control processes.

Preferred candidate profile





- 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Good computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, MS Word, ERP systems, and data entry software.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work on the stores floor and interact with warehouse personnel.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in Data Entry, Stores, Warehouse, Dispatch, or Inventory Management.
- Candidates who have worked in Stores, Warehouse, Dispatch, Logistics, or Supply Chain functions will be given preference.
