About the Role

Flying Toads Academy is looking for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer with a basic understanding of motion graphics, animation, and video editing.

The ideal candidate should be creative, eager to learn, and interested in developing their skills in motion design, video content, social media creatives, and AI-powered creative production.

Key Responsibilities

- Create basic motion graphics, animations, reels, social media videos, and promotional content.
- Assist the creative team in developing motion-based content from concepts and briefs.
- Edit and modify videos according to creative requirements.
- Create basic text animations, transitions, effects, and visual compositions.
- Work on short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Assist in creating engaging visual content for digital marketing and branding.
- Follow brand guidelines, creative briefs, and feedback from senior designers.
- Explore new trends in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and digital content.




- Learn and use AI-based creative and video-generation tools to support content creation.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and the creative team to complete projects on time.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Motion Graphics and Animation.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator will be an advantage.
- Understanding of basic animation principles, typography, transitions, and visual composition.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Interest in creating social media content and digital videos.
- Basic understanding or interest in AI-generated videos and AI creative tools.
- Creative mindset with valuable attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Ability to take feedback and improve work accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Freshers with a good portfolio, academic projects, freelance work, or personal creative projects are welcome.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics or video-editing work will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
