Role Description The Junior Motion Graphics Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position involves creating motion graphics and animated visual assets for digital campaigns, presentations, product demos, and internal communications. The role includes translating briefs into engaging visual concepts, designing and animating graphics, and collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

Executive will assist in editing video content, preparing assets for different platforms, and optimizing files for web and social media.



The role also involves maintaining organized project files, meeting production timelines, and proactively suggesting creative improvements aligned with the company’s brand and communication goals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in motion graphics design, including animation principles, typography, and composition.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar motion design and video editing software).
- Ability to interpret storyboards or briefs and convert them into clear, engaging animated content for digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of video formats, export settings, and optimization for web, social media, and presentations.
- Positive visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for color, layout, and visual consistency.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Capability to manage multiple projects, follow brand guidelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant academic background or training in Animation, Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or junior-level experience in motion graphics, video editing, or digital content creation will be an advantage.
