About the role

Biotastic designs, manufactures and installs premium wellness and recovery equipment for hotels, gyms, spas, corporates and private homes across India. Our range includes cold plunges and chillers, infrared saunas, red light therapy panels and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) systems.

Every installation depends on the site being right: power supply, earthing, water lines, drainage and ventilation. You will be our in-house MEP expert, making sure sites are assessed correctly, installations go smoothly and service issues are solved at the root. You will also be the link between what happens in the field and what our manufacturing team builds.

Key responsibilities -

Site visits and assessment

- Join or lead site visits and check electrical load, phase, earthing, water source, drainage, ventilation and floor space for each product
- Prepare clear site readiness reports listing what the client must arrange before installation
- Answer the team's electrical and plumbing questions during and after site visits

Installation and commissioning

- Plan power and plumbing requirements for each installation and share them with the client's contractor
- Supervise installations on site and commission equipment to Biotastic standards
- Guide our certified technicians and authorised partner agencies on MEP work

Service and troubleshooting





- Diagnose recurring electrical and plumbing faults at client sites and fix the root cause
- Support the service team remotely and on site when issues escalate
- Keep service and site records updated in Biotastic's systems and templates

Manufacturing support

- Share field feedback with the manufacturing team, such as fittings, cable lengths or connection points that cause site issues
- Help build standard site requirement checklists for each product line

Who we're looking for

- B.E. or Diploma in EEE with 1–3 years of MEP site experience
- Hands-on knowledge of single and three-phase supply, load calculation, earthing, and MCB/RCCB/ELCB selection
- Working knowledge of plumbing: water inlet lines, drainage, pumps and filtration
- Able to read electrical and plumbing drawings and site layouts
- Comfortable on site and willing to travel frequently across India
- Explicit communicator in English and Hindi, Tamil is a plus
- Writes simple, accurate site reports

Good to have

- Experience with MEP contractors on hotel, hospital, spa or commercial fit-out projects
- Exposure to HVAC, chillers or basic refrigeration systems
- Experience commissioning equipment, not just supervising site work
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drawing tools
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence
